Check employee was very nice. The suite was updated. Nice clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Mini kitchen, microwave, sink, wine glasses. Booked room with points good value for the amount of points. Full bowling alley attached to the hotel. The restaurant across the street was very good.

Otherwise worthy of 5 stars. Everything was basic but well executed. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, WiFi was quick and free - and there was a coffee shop on the premises. My decision to stay here was based on the hotel's close proximity to a business meeting.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Front Desk polite, courteous and fast check-in. Suggestion, rope off area where guests line tio check in, I found people jump infront of you. Rooms clean, full with all the amenities one would need. Beds very comfortable. Excellent location, restaurants within walking distance. Loved the coffee in the lobby.

This is a bustling place, but with not much room for the bustle in the lobby areas. there is a small coffee shop where the line obstructs access to the elevators...peo;e trying to get luggage through is difficult. One of the best hotel's I've stayed at for business. So much around you to do. The restaurant across the street call Syndicate is a must when you stay here. The staff at the hotel and rooms were beautiful. The hotel upgraded my room for free because i stay with Holiday Inn often.
