Despite a rocky start to my reservation, my stay at The Business Inn was fabulous. The room was spacious and well appointed. The front desk and cleaning staff were courteous. You can't find a better location on Elgin St. for such a great price. It will definitely be my hotel for future trips to Ottawa.

Excellent downtown location with lots of extras - free do it yourself laundry incl soap, free wifi, computer and printer in room, free continental breakfast, full in suite kitchen, flat screen TVs and more. Parking is extra and no shuttle from airport. Definitely would stay here again.

The Business Inn looks to be an old apartment building converted into a hotel; all the rooms we've stayed in there have full kitchens, dining areas and living areas, and many of them have a separate bedroom.
