My wife and me were so lucky to choose the Ambiance B&B during our first trip to Ottawa, It was really nice and has friendly atmosphere and (maybe more importantly!) delicious breakfasts. I recommend it to anybody who is looking for a wonderful place to stay.

What a wonderfull B & B experience. Maria is such an excellent hostess and was extremely helpfull with local knowledge. Could not fault the accommodation and would recommend it to any one wanting to stay in Ottawa. One warning to others - DO NOT eat biscuits etc before going down to the great breakfasts on offer!!

I have lost track of the number of times I've stayed at Ambiance! It is my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in Ottawa. I will go back, and unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone. The location is excellent: right downtown, a few blocks from Parliament Hill, walking distance from tourist and cultural attractions, restaurants, etc.

This is an excellent stay. Maria is very welcoming and organized. She was also helpful in directions. The reservation/check-in/check-out processes are very simple. She has a great, well-maintained, clean house. I will definitely return for stays when visiting downtown Ottawa again.
