We stayed here for Winterlude with our two children, 3 and half and 17 months. The location was ideal. Just a block from Confederation Park, and the start of the Rideau Canal. The suite was huge. The rooms were good size and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However the rooms are not well insulated from the noises internally or externally. I heard the elevators operating and heard the "dings" and we weren't particularly close to them. The city noise was also not insulated very well. It's a shame, I wouldn't stay there again just... A decent hotel/residence but don't expect any luxury. If staying for a while ask for a suite with a washer/dryer. The staff are friendly but the buffet breakfast every morning gets old very quickly. More
