When I pulled up the grounds were not well kept and it said Embassy West Senior's Residence which really threw me off. This hotel is being converted into a retirement home; hence do not expect similar services of a fully serviced hotel. The staff is first rate - very helpful, quick check in, perfect! Everything seemed very clean and tidy. Spent one night at the Embassy West Hotel and was very pleased. The room is all updated faucets, shower, flooring, spotless, flat screen tv, fridge, sink, dishes. It is a retirement hotel and it is not mention on their website. Staff not very friendly. Impossible to get service after 9h00 pm (ie : clean towels). I wasn't very impressed by this hotel and I do not recommand it.
