A rustic little motel located directly on the shore of Lake Nippising. See the lake and beautiful sunsets from your room window. A 15 second walk to the beach where you can swim and walk out a quarter mile on the sand bars. Walking distance to all ammenities. City Transit stops right out front which will get you to downtown...
