Situated on a private park like setting, plenty of free off street parking. We offer our guests a three course breakfast every morning, we know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We are located 7 Kilometres from the Main part of Town about a 10 minute drive. We are nestled among vineyards and Wineries and orchards. Niagara-on-the-Lake has much to offer our Guests, we have Fort George for Historic interest especially this year which is the Bi-centennial of the 1812 War. Our Town is called the Prettiest Town in North America. We are famous for our Theatres named after George Bernard Shaw the famous Play writer. We are about a twenty minute drive along the beautiful Niagara River Parkway from One of the Famous Wonders of the World. Niagara Falls. Niagara region has so much to offer our Guests. Carbonnel offers you a home away from home.We are very proud to be able to offer an Award winning Accessible Suite for many of our Guests who require Wheelchair access or who are unable to climb stairs. Nominated the 2007 Tourism Awards from the March of Dimes for all of Southern Ontario.We aim to please and make your stay an enjoyable one. What a wonderful find! Ken and Lynne were very friendly and welcoming. Extremely helpful and wonderful breakfast. The king size bed was incredible - so comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Stay here!

“Charming suite”

This first floor suite might be the best B&B value in the whole region. Two very spacious rooms plus a dining area and modern bathroom and shower, with an outside entrance and patio, all handicapped accessible. Scottish hosts are very friendly and accommodating, and Ken's breakfasts are whimsical and delicious. An easy 10 minute drive into town center.
