I definitely want to stay at this place when I next visit Niagara Falls! I could see how much Alexandra and Dan enjoy running this B&B and hosting guests, and they have even more plans for the future. Lovely, clean rooms with an artistic decor. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit.

We used to go to downtown hotels, but this B&B is way better. You are a walkable distance from the falls and the casino/restaurants, but don't get the noise associated with it, or the horrible parking price. I stayed at Cozy Inn Bed and Breakfast for one night in December. The house is breathtaking, very cozy, clean and warm with excellent amenities. The hosts are very friendly and polite. Real professionals! They immediately make you feel like home! Can't wait to go back!

Our host couldn't do enough for us during our two night stay at this B&B!!! Breakfast was wonderful. Our room was large as was the ensuite bathroom. Location is close enough that you can walk to all the attractions. We didn't move use our vehicle at all during our visit. Anyone thinking of staying at a B&B in Niagara Falls... More

The owners were very sweet and made special breakfasts for my vegan husband and gluten-free self. Very comfortable beds and an excellent shower (really high water pressure). Very quiet location and very near to the falls.
