Greystone Manor is definitely the best B&B in Niagara.Perfect peaceful location, just a short walk from the Falls. Easy access by car to Niagara-on-the-Lake and the rest of the peninsula. If you want a warm welcome in a cold country this is a place for you. Nice, cousy room with a view on the river, squirrels running outside and a real english/french breakfast served in the morning. we spent 1 night at Greystone Manor. It was an excellent experience. All the BB team is very kind and helpful. The room is big and very nice. Last but not least.... breakfast: absolutely at the top. Salad Fruits, homemade muffins, pancake with eggs and dutch sauce. We will come back!

Had stayed on this bed and breakfast in January and enjoyed ourselves, serve was not the same as when Bill and Rob were there the last time, they have a manager there. Walk to the falls was great and weather was just right not too cold
