We stayed in a falls view room definitely worth the extra payment and the hotel is in a great location just across from maid of the mist and you can walk everywhere. We also took the club upgrade again worth the extra payment. Staff were very friendly and free computers in the foyer was great

I travel extensively and stayed in many Starwood hotels. This is one of the best. I stayed in 22nd floor and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The facilities are well maintained, staffs are very friendly. Food quality/variety in the lounge can be improved. Overall, my experience was excellent.
