They put me on the Ground floor with 2 double beds. I specifically booked a room with 1 queen and they refused to change me. The towels were filthy, bathroom was dirty, and the linens were stained. Looked like the room hadnt been cleaned in weeks. The staff was rude and very shady. I will never stay there again
