Having lunch today was incredible... friendly / energetic staff. Great atmosphere and food. I would recommend dining in the restaurant to anyone in the area, or visitors into the greater Toronto area. The day bartender (Helen) was sure to respond to the group's special food needs and was able to recommend local off-site attractions.

I love this hotel when staying in the Mississauga area! The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, parking is free, food service is wonderful, the location is great, and the phenomenal staff not only remember your name and face, but will never hesitate to go the extra mile to make your stay perfect.

What makes this Delta so special are the people. In particular, the wonderful ladies at the Quest bar and restr. They are entertaining and efficient. Of note is Anna at breakfast and lunch and Sonia, and Alice at dinner or and evening drink. I stay here 4 nights a month and would go nowhere else I the GTA.

While the hotel is very nice and many excellent features, it doesn't have a business center that customers can use without paying extra. The restaurant however, is wonderful, with outstanding employees....for Breakfast be sure and say hi to Anna, for evening meals say hi to Alice, Sonia and Andrea....wonderful people...and the new restaurant manager Nabila has really made a difference... My review of the Delta is many words. Terrible service from the check in to check out. We had to wait to check in for almost 2 hours after check in time which was 3. Then the elevators were sooo slow we had to use the stairs all weekend which by the way were very dirty an smelled of urine.... More
