This was not worth the 77.00 we paid. This is a $40-$50.00 a night. Its in a poor area of town and people are lingering in warmer weather. Also right by tattoo shop and SEED shop. The place is definitely getting better and better. Owner has addressed many concerns expressed by other previous reviewers. It is true a bang-for-the-buck.
