Non smoking room, ground floor we were told all rooms are non smoking. Hotel under renovations and looks terrible to guests when arriving. Cold, wind and snow. Stayed at this location one night, handy location. LCBO on the way, across from Zerhs grocery store. Stopped in and picked up some take away food, and salad. Hotel was mostly full, but quiet and a good breakfast.

The hotel room carpet had large stains and marks -- not appealing at all. The counter in the bathroom had a large patched crack across it -- again not appealing. Staff was nice and helpful. I would suggest a different hotel in the Cambridge area!
