The hotel itself is new and well done. The crowning glory is the staff, who are to a person, just terrific. Their attitudes are fantastic. A real pleasure to stay here. You can walk indoors to a restaurant on the next property which couuld learn a lot aqabout service by staying at the hotel.

We had a great time in Cape Breton. Staff were amazing, helping us find our way to Cape Breton University so we could see our show. Rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing and little extras with cookies, tea and coffee in the lobby. Pool was fun for the whole family

Had a room with 2 queen beds. The wall outlets were high which was very convenient and there were a number of them. Room was spacious and furnishings and carpet were excellent. We were there for march break the kids loved everything. Great breakfast. Great breakfast staff. The very nice lady gave my kids a treat bag each. It was a nice offer that she didn't have to give. will deff go again!
