Was all good, found the hotel adorable. and the staff was great. I would stay here again. Room was clean and spotless. Location is in the suburbs but the neighborhood is super safe, and close to bus stops so it is easy to get downtown. Worthwhile little hotel, the outside looks weird but inside it is quite comfy.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The concierge was courteous, good-humoured and helpful. He even found a convertor from European to Candian plugs. Good wireless connection. Sushi place next door, Starbuck's down the road. Convenient for travel on the Pembina highway south where the pleasures of the border crossing await you.

Great hotel. Price was cheap compare to other motels in the city. We paid 110$ for a two queen bed room with free breakfast. Quite and clean room. Great place to stay.

This hotel was great - clean rooms, newly built complex with friendly staff, free WIFI, free breakfast. There is a really great Japanese/Korean restaurant joined to the hotel which provides a discount for hotel guests. Some of the best sushi we have ever had. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is clean and the staff are very nice. The price is reasonable. The windows open for fresh air if you are so inclined. The area seems safe. It's close to the perimeter highway. The continental breakfast is a little light, but not bad. It is walking distance from the University (marathon start-line).
