This was our third trip to the Pan Pacific Mountainside. You just can't beat it's location! The Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas are directly outside the hotel. And the views are awesome! This is the best location possible for skiers. Imagine just picking up your skis from the lobby and the gondola to Blackcomb is just in front of the hotel! Dont't get me wrong! Nice hotel but... In our case almost ruined our vacation! We arrived there in January for one week skiing in Whistler. Perfect location! When we arrived they have tried to charge our credit card for "incidentals" $600. I did inform them, that everything was prepaid and I'm not willing to have my $600 blocked by them.... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite in January and enjoyed some fabulous skiing. This was helped of course by the Pan's superb location. For a hotel there's really no better ski-in ski-out location than this hotel. But, during our stay, our suite was still not cleaned by 330pm on at least two of the seven days. Avoid the lower... More
