We were pleasantly surprise by our lovely view and the little kitchenette attached to our room. All staff we met, cleaning staff, breakfast staff, front desk....were so very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back. More

Nice location, nice hotel, but... They use bulk soap and shampoo dispensers in the showers - no little bottles available. That would be ok IF they were filled. I was in the shower and found out only after I was wet that the dispensers for both the shampoo and conditioner were empty !@!@!!!! Not many options when you're already in... More

We found the hotel "last minute" and paid premium because of location -- which is fantastic -- within walking distance to most downtown Vic attractions (harbor, museum, park, shopping, Empress, Parliament etc.) The room was clean and the kitchenette had some nice amenities, microwave, coffee, bottle opener, and fridge.... By way of a tradition each year now we go to Victoria in early December and stay at the Best Western in a very nice room over looking the inner harbour. The rooms have recently be renovated, the beds are very comfortable and having a small kitchen with a fridge, tea and coffee is a big plus. Breakfast is included... More

Staff was friendly. Room was on the second floor facing Quebec Street. Nothing to see from the balcony. Street was loud. Great little kitchenette. 4 burner stove and 24" oven.
