We stayed at the Swan for the new years weekend. Hotel is in heritage style - we stayed in lofted apartment on third floor. Amenities were great - high quality tolietries, bathrobes, full kitchen. Reception staff were very helpful. Highly recommend!

This was our first stay at the Swan. When we arrived the lobby was ok but very small and nothing special, the hallway leading to our room seemed small and dark and provided a bit of foreboding.
