Its all true, this is a gem of service, tucked on a quiet residential street at the edge of Downtown Victoria. The buildings are nice, but the service is exceptional. Everything nice you have heard about Canadians is exemplified in the friendly open service you are given. They tell you the truth about the best restaurants, they explain their ownership... More

We just returned from a delightful weekend at Abigail's. This was our first trip to Victoria and I can't imagine a nicer place to call home base. We stayed in the Coach House which was quiet and felt very private. We enjoyed the fireplace and sitting area, the jacuzzi tub and huge rain shower head, and one of the more... More

My boyfriend and I went to Victoria for a weekend as our Christmas present to each other and booked 2 nights at Abagail's hotel. Normally we wouldn't have chosen the quaint-type hotel but deciding to treat ourselves, we went for it. When we got there at check in time our room wasn't ready so we had to wait about half... More

Lovely boutique bed and breakfast hotel tucked away right on the outskirts of downtown, so you're in close proximity to all Victoria's central attractions, theatres, and restaurants. We stayed in one of the fireplace rooms with a claw foot tub which had a rain can shower head. The shower was divine, and the tub big enough for two to soak... More

We stayed for two nights as a romantic get-away for my husband's 50th birthday. Our room was in the Coach House, so it was quiet and private. The room itself was spacious enough, and well appointed, but the decor of both the room and the bathroom was very dated. It looked like the original decor from when the rooms were... More

Not great, not bad but OK. The room itself was tiny! We had a room in the coach house and it was so small that even with only the two of us, it felt a little claustrophobic. The bathroom was so small the door and the shutters in the bathroom could not be open at the same time. The service... More

this by far is the most romantic hotel in Victoria! Beautifully decorated, and very quiet considering it is a small boutique type hotel. We had the 'honeymoon suite' and it was such a wonderful experience with a small fireplace and huge poster bed. The room was exquisitely decorated and kept to the age and style of the hotel. There is... More

We stayed at Abigail's for one night. Our room was lovely, beautifully appointed and clean. We enjoyed the appetizers in the lobby served at 5 p.m. They were yummy. Breakfast in the morning was a 3 course delight. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is 24 hour tea and coffee in the lobby which was easy to use and... More
