Nice rooms and great location in the heart of Yaletown so close to all of the great bars and restaurants in Yaletown. Sometimes can be a problem on thur, fri, sat nights as it is so close to the nightclubs and bars in the area it can be noisy well into the night.

They thought of everything, excellent rooms, very clean even had an iPad in every room, they put water by your bed with Fiz candy, they go the extra mile!! Great staff!! Very friendly, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much

Beautiful boutique hotel. We visited on a 4 night for 3 night special and are very happy with the hotel. Well located in trendy Yaletown, close to restaurants and shops. We came here with our 4 year old and while not a super family oriented hotel the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Convenient location, easy access from the airport on the Canada Line, great room decor, helpful staff and comfortable beds - what more does one need? And the Artigianna Coffee place next door opens early and makes a great latte!

Everyone on the staff was extra professional and nice. The lobby and rooms are beautiful, the beds comfortable and quiet, the service is great, and I'll definitely make this my first call every trip moving forward.
