“Excellent base”

We stayed here at the start of our holiday in Canada and the U.S for 3 nights and it was a great choice. Very convenient location with several bus routes running past. Very helpful staff and comfortable room with excellent housekeeping. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

“Unfriendly reservation policy”

I was unable to use this reservation because my flight was cancelled due to bad weather. I was extremely unhappy and disappointed that the hotel (not the chain) refused to waive the cancellation fee (one night's losing) despite the fact that my "no show" was due to circumstances beyond my control.

“Start of camper holiday in Vancouver”

Nice hotel but not special. Small rooms with noisy airco. No own restaurant but inhouse whitespot. Staff very helpful. Nice starting point to stroll through downtown Vancouver. Close to busy road so one should keep windows closed. During our stay building works in progress on other side of the street causing noise starting early

“not worth the price”

i checked in for 1 night with my parents. there is a $20 parking charge that i think is overpriced. my room was super quite which is what i had requested. the elevator took 13 mins to come to the 6th floor. i have no idea why they were so slow. Hamza, at the front desk was great!
