The hotel is linked with Canada place. I was there in early January. I had booked a junior suite but the hotel seemed to have been overbooked in that category. So they offered to downgrade me!!! OR I had to pay for an upgrade to a larger suite. I had a colleague joining me so I paid the extra CA$...

My wife & I booked the Pan Pacific as a special treat to end a fantastic 3 week tour of the Rocky Mountains and British Columbia. The Pan Pacific is ideally situated for exploring Vancouver city and is just a few minutes walk from the station where the Skytrain links to Vancouver airport. The location on the waterfront provides wonderful...

I've stayed at a lot of hotels while doing business and visiting family in my old hometown of Vancouver. I stayed at this luxury hotel with my daughter & a guest from NYC over the New Year's 2012 weekend. Pan Pacific's reservation clerk suggested a package that filled my wishlist at a discount & joining the hotel's Discovery program added...

Have stayed at the Pan Pacific previously and have dined in their restaurants and used the Spa services as well. I find the service in the hotel to be excellent but not quite as good in the restaurants. Spa Utopia is excellent with very consistent services. The location of this hotel is superb, right on the water with views of...

Booked in to a club king room - club floors get use of the club lounge, includes nice breakfast, evening snacks and a drink each day.
Room was very clean, bed and linens were great. Nice sized room with a good view. Room had an idapt device charger, quite handy.
Location is good - on the waterfront close to Gastown....

This hotel is very conveniently located - it is connected to the Vancouver Exposition Center, which makes it a wonderful find for business travelers. It tends to get very cold and windy in Vancouver in the winter, so the less outdoor walking - the better! The front desk staff didn't accommodate our request for an early check-in, and it was...

We were disappointed to read that, due to your early arrival, we were unable to accommodate your early check in. Although our check in time is 4pm, we do try to accommodate early...

The Pan Pacific really has it all!! I decided to do a staycation pamper weekend to celebrate my 50th Birthday. I checked into the Pan for two nights with my sister who came from out of town. The view from our floor to ceiling windows (20th floor) of the ocean & North shore mountains was breath taking. The spectacular view...
