Whole town is on relaxed mode , I guess due to beginning of tourist season. Staff is friendly,room service is good and food from restaurant is tasty.Stayed on 4th floor with lookout balcony over the Okanagan lake. Worth taking stroll on Main str. and Front str. and of course along lake shore. Hotel had redone carpeting .

Beautiful property on the lake, unfortunatly our room overlooked the parking lot. Room was nice with lots of amenities on site. We would stay again just ask for a lake view. Service was a little spotty at the front desk and restraunt, but was outstanding at the pub.

Arrived late at night and was pleasantly surprised to wake up in the morning and look out over beautiful Lake Okanagan. Beach front property with lots of water sport activities for children and adults; great, central location for touring wineries and other tourist spots around the lake. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

Spent an evening here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Rooms need some updating but beds were comfortable and room was clean. We would definitely go back. Agree about the noise from the smoking area can be loud in the evening. Nice to wake up and look out over the lake. Very serene and nice to look out while drinking your coffee.

Went here with my sons hockey team. I found the hotel to be very accommodating for youngkids. Rooms were ok but a little small and outdated. Flatscreen TV in the room. Restaurants were expensive but the The Hooded Merganser in the hotel had very good food and large portions.

We've stayed at this hotel only because it houses the casino. Why we keep going back is beyond comprehension. Without fail each and every visit we've had to call down to front desk to ask them to ask rowdy guests to keep it down.
