This is a retro property; they still use keys instead of key cards. The halls and rooms are very clean but it sure can use an update. Decor from the 60's. We had a room close to a busy street and it was very noisy for sleeping. Also, could hear movement and walking in room above. For those reasons, I... More

Stayed for a weekend, rooms are comfortable. Hotel needs a little paint and upgrading. Hot tub was warm and pool was cold! Good value, close to Orchard Park Mall. More

I was surprised how expensive Kelowna was. The Dilworth was good for the price, convenient location, great service and wonderful beds. It is older so bathroom was a bit tired but CLEAN. Road noise was a bit much in early night but either dropped off or I fell into deep sleep. I would definitely stay here again. More

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of September. We had a very large room with balcony and kitchenette well equipped with whatever is necessary to make a small meal. So we were pleased with the room and cleanness of the place. We don't understand, however, this silly thing about the towels. There was two of us plus a... More

Hello Marek B, I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. In many of our rooms we have a separate wash area and shower area, face cloths and hand towels are in the wash area and bath towels are in the shower area, often due to lack of wall space the bath towels are behind the door. I... More

We checked in here for 1 night as it is only a quick stop in Kelowna. The hotel seems a bit dated and could do with major refurb. We were in a ground floor room and it was very noisy from occupnet upstairs. Every movement could be heard as it appears to be wooden floors. Rooms are basic although fully... More

recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend with my children. The hotel is older but clean, our room was huge it had two queen beds quite comfortable. The fridge and microwave were older but did the purpose it was needed to serve. Front desk staff very helpful, did have an incident with housekeeping not fully closing our door on... More

I was able to spend a few extra days in Kelowna following a conference. I was looking for basic comfort and amenities, and the Dilworth Inn met my needs. I was in a good-sized ground-floor room with a queen-sized bed, microwave, fridge, table and chairs, coffee-maker, couch and TV. The air-conditioner struggled with the mid-summer heatwave and needed to be... More

The Dilworth is an older hotel in Kelowna that is in an ideal location-very central and a great home base for day trips. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping staff make up the rooms later in the day than we are accustomed to; one day, because we needed the room in the afternoon to get ready... More

I remember when we first stayed at the Dilworth. It was nice and bright. Now the rooms are dull and the employees don't care. The only thing this hotel has is that they are close to the Orchard Park SHopping Mall. We checked into this hotel on july 8 and from the moment we checked in we knew this hotel... More

We are a budget hotel, we don't offer bellman services, I am sorry if you had allot of luggage for your short stay with us. I am also sorry that your first meeting of our staff was an individual who was working her last day with us. I had hoped that she would remain professional, even on her last day.... More

I recently stayed at the Dilworth Inn on a Saturday night on my way thru to Vancouver. A very clean quiet hotel. I had a room on the second floor , which had a beautiful little balcony. I always sleep with my window open and so therefore got some of the highway noise.. but really it wasnt much. There is... More
