“Paradise - Best kept secret in Canada”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Delta Grand Okanagan Resort and Conference Centre. I understand now why they call it Grand, I and my business colleagues stayed a couple of nights and enjoyed every minute of it. “Lovely stay in Kelowna”

We stayed three nights and wished we were staying longer. The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel I've ever stayed in - pillows were great too. “Great rooms but will not be back”

Great clean and updated rooms but will NOT be back due to poor customer service. Not friendly, helpful or accommodating. Had a particularly bad experience with staff Elara and Sally. There are many other hotel choices in the area. I would rather not pay top dollar to be treated rudely.

“What a view!”

Great place to stay in Kelowna! The location is amazing. It may be a bit pricey but well worth it. Staff are very attentive to your needs. Lots of great places to walk to nearby. Could use more closet space in the room. Would definitely stay again.
