Never again, not for us. The construction is temporary during the day but the bars are permanent. We have stayed at The Royal Anne several times and the service and cleanliness have always been excellent. Walking access to restaurants and entertainment downtown iis also a plus. The price is very reasonable for a downtown hotel.
