I have not stayed at a motel for years so I cannot compare the Thunderbird to other properties regarding amenities or price. I thought the price was reasonable. The room was clean. “Great Value!”

This hotel has wonderful new owners and they have transformed this quaint inn to a great place to stay. The rooms are updated and for the price you can't go wrong! When in Duncan you now know where stay!

Recently stayed at this motel for 7 nights. Owners were truly amazing and accommodating. Rooms very spacious and had recently been remodeled. Microwave, refrigerator and flat screen television. Very clean laundry facilities on site. Highly recommend staying here. Caroline E.
