When going to Jasper our main focus is snowboarding so we don't require anything too fancy and we always have a very welcome and comfortable stay at the Amethyst. It's a well kept older hotel with a hot tub a small lounge and a decent restaurant.

Horrible sleezy motel! No hot water, broken hair dryer, smelly dirty room! Staff could not care less, Worst 2 nights of a once in a lifetime trip! Shame because the rest of our Rocky Mountain Highlights trip was amazing!
