not a good stay,only needed a room 4 hours as we were called in the middle of the night about afamily member in hospital.The staff were very accomadating getting a room .Good service. bed very uncomfortable, room clean but old.Street noise. Not worth the price

Rude front desk staff. Clearly had biases and refused people with disabilities citing "we have had difficulty with social service type people." Cited we don't take people with mental difficulties. Shocking.

this hotel right located in downtown of Edmonton and can access to public transportation easily. The front desk is friendly, the room is clean, the breakfast is simple but nothing to complain, and the parking is free. This is my second time stay and will be their return customer for sure.

Location is good, especially if you intend to use the LRT. Friendly staff, nice and very spacious rooms. Personally I needed breakfast to start earlier than 7:00 but that's not so important. Good value for money
