This hotel was built in the 1600s and it looks like it. The plumming is a nightmare: low water pressure, sewage/sulfur smelling bathroom, dirty linens. Expenive WiFi service when most hotels these days offer it for free. It takes the desk clerk forever to check you in. This place sucks.

This place is unclean. Carpet has big black spots. Old and has a smell. Needs to be updated. The beds are really hard and the floor is sunken in. Nice staff but I would not return. They need to do a better job. The Internet is extremely expensive too.

We spent three days in Camino Real and had a great time. the Hotel was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and helpful and the food especially their breakfast and the green (cactus juice) great. Managed to communicate in English too

The Camino Real is a terrific property located close to the main square of historic Puebla.
