Stayed here for one night. Bar was handy and the pool table was good fun and free to use. Rooms were spacious and tidy. Bathroom a bit tight and hot water was intermittent. Would stay here again and located close to a major supermarket. Short walk to main street which was handy as well

The hotel is good and the most amazing part is the very friendly staff. All the staff members are very helpful. They go beyond their way to help their customers. We liked our stay at Villa Tulum, The rooms and pool were not as good as they undoubtetly will be next december, but the host Alejandro is someone every 5star hotel would like to employ. He's trying his best to change the hotel around, so let's give him a hand and start booking!
