You get what you pay for here but its all you need. The cafe outside is perfect in the morning and does great coffee and pastries. The women who work there are lovely and help full. The only bad thing is the noise but that didn't really bother me all that much.

Probably the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in all of Mexico. AC is cold, water is hot (after a short warm up) and the people who work there are very helpful. Right on the main street of Tulum, but set back in a courtyard which makes it very quiet. Free wifi, reception can´t do enough for you. Arranged cheap transfer to Cancun Airport. Would stay there again $10 / night, you can´t go wrong.

Stayed here one night. Very clean comfortable basic accommodation with off street secure parking. Right on the main drag in Tulum but far back from the street so there are no noise issues. Friendly staff. Popular restaurant La Nave right next door for breakfast.
