Definitely better than the all-inclusive hot mess hotels for sure. Loved it! Right in the center of town, yet directly on the beach. We had an oceanfront room and loved the design, decor and views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds and facilities were beautiful, clean and inviting. Playa Palms was the perfect "home" for us while in such a cool beach town. We'll be back :)

Stayed here for 5 nights and it lived up to the expectations the photos had given us. Great position in Playa, right in the heart, yet feel far away enough from the clubs.
