The resort was beautiful and the staff amazing. Was there for a wedding and everything was done perfectly. The staff remembers your names, your likes, everything about you. Would highly recommend this place to someone who likes to be pampered and live in luxury while still experiencing mexico.

“Value not there...”

The hotel itself is very lovely and the bungalows are quite nice and private. However, the amenities, F&B service and food quality simply do not measure up to the price. Also, the beach is one of the poorer locations on Playa Del Carmen, with lots of rocks. These prices require better.

Great service, average amenities. Room was very nice, food was great but overpriced, service was top notch. This hotels needs a major refurbishment. The beach is spectacular (not a differentiator though).
