I stayed in the one bedroom king apartment and could not have been more disappointed by the building safety (gate was always unlocked and the building is right on the sidewalk), lack of furniture in the room (old couch and two bar stools) and location (10 minute walk just to get a cab + 50-100 peso cab to the beach)....
