Stayed here in Sept 2012 before a Tucan tour. Quiet, around a courtyard with pool, affordable ($55/night), a few blocks (maybe 4) from the beach, so farther to walk than the Maya Bric but definitely nice to be away from bars noise. Friendly staff. Stayed in a double room, big, nice shower, clean. Frig nice.
