Stopped with friends before they got bus to Cancun lovely hotel food was good also pool looked inviting but we did not use.friends only had to walk with luggage across the road to get the bus ,also lovely walk down the paseo montejo.

Very nice, clean, quiet hotel with absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet - and the second-best mojitos in town at the lobby bar. Also the currency exchange possibility and the small shops at the street floor of the hotel were a big plus. Can recommend.

The ambience in the lobby and restaurants is very elegant. Service was excellent. The room was nice, but not exceptional, with good amenities. Good location for Merida activities and the restaurants in the hotel are excellent. There is also shopping and car rental within the complex.

stayed for 2 nights in November mainly because the car hire company had an office at the hotel and made our life easy when we left. But the hotel was great. Big room, clean, nice bathroom. and the pool was nice after walking around town. I'm sure there are smaller more charming places around but I would stay hear again.... More
