We can't say any thing negative about our stay at Allegro.Staff ,room activities, travel agents was great.Clean beach and well maintained property.Went on a well organized tour of the island. Airport was a bit disorganized through customs . Would highly recommend and we will re return.

The location of the Allegro Cozumel is wonderful. About 10 minutes south of the city, not too close, not too far. The beach was so amazing that in 9 days we only spent about 15 minutes in one of the several pools. There are very few resorts along this stretch of the beach so it has a nice secluded feel,... More

I went alone on this trip to do some diving. Timeshare sales people setup up front so you have to walk by them but they didn't really bug me, mostly tried to get the families, so watch out. If you are scared of big lizards/iguanas, better go somewhere else - when the sun comes out they come out everywhere but... More

Starting with the good the staff are friendly ,the beach could be compared to paradise and the 1 meal we had there was very acceptable. My complaint was in the accommodation. To be fair we were told that the resort has only just been taken over by the Occidental chain and is due for a major refurbishment. However the room... More

While the rooms etc. are average, the grounds, employees, beach, etc. raise it to very good. The hotel employees are excellent. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The beach is great, the grounds are very well kept and and the location is very nice.

This is a small very old resortwith a good value price. The food was very good and well prepared. There isnt a huge selection as it is a small resort and should expect as such. The kitchen manager Raul let us keep our cooler in the deep freeze with our Dorado (mahi mahi) that we caught while there and transported... More

This is a smaller resort than the usual mega resort all-inclusives in Mexico. It's got a beautiful beach and the staff are accommodating and always pleasant. I stayed in a larger 2 bedroom suite and it was huge! The resort is older but very intimate. The Childrens pool with water slides is perfect for the 4-8 crowd but the water... More

I visit Cozumel every year and every year I stay at the Allegro. I love the staff - they are so friendly and helpful and really make you feel welcome! Anna and Sergio are part of the wait staff that are great year after year, as is Raul, the buffet manager. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The rooms are... More

We took a family vacation to Cozumel Allegro with my parents and our 3 children. We chose the Allegro because of the beach and the water park. Check in was a nightmare. I had requested 2 adjoining rooms because we have 3 small children. When we arrived I was told they didn't offer adjoins rooms and my husband and I... More

Whatever you choose to pursue, Allegro Cozumel places it right at your fingertips. Beach Volleyball, tropical bars, restaurants, and nightclubs keep life on land exciting, while the on-site dive shop and big-game sport-fishing charters offer a gateway into the dazzling marine sanctuary of Cozumel’s waters.
