This hotel is in a great location, one block from the Paseo de la Reforma in the Zona Rosa. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was attractive, comfortable and QUIET. Nice pool and fitness center. My only complaint was the cost for wifi in the room ($17 or so per day).

Very pleasant hotel in the Reforma district, good for tourists, felt very safe. Clean room, with Flat screen TV, iPod docking station, coffee. Pool on the roof, which we meant to use but were so busy we never made it. We used Grayline for our trips out which were well organised.
