This review is 7 months too late. It is telling how wonderful the service was at the hotel, as it is still very much on my mind. I went in June 2011. I am reviewing ONLY the massage/spa service. I stayed elsewhere during my 10-day trip to this amazing city. From the moment I asked the front desk where I... More

Better late than never.... and better still when it comes with such a positive review. Our therapists are among the very best I have experienced myself and feedback from our guests have always been consistently very positive indeed. Thank you for your feedback. Sincerely, Ricardo Acevedo general Manager More

I don't think that I have stayed at a hotel with such impeccable service. It was VIP treatment from the minute you arrived. The food was outstanding. Stay on a lower floor so that you can enjoy the beautiful courtyard. More

Exquisitely appointed and well located. Staff were superb, culinary offerings delectable and service excellent!!! Only complaint was that thermostat in room did nor always respond to changes in temperature outside and during the night was alternately too hot and too cold. Conference rooms were freezing!! More

I appreciate your valuable feedback and we have immediatley checked the thermostat in 728 to ensure it is properly functioning. On the temperature of the meeting room, we ussually follow instructions from the event coordinators to set it at a certain fixed temperature and I understand that it can be cold for guests as yourself. I apologize for the inconvenience.... More

Be sure to request a LOWER floor when booking this FS property, the closer to the gorgeous gardens and the romantic torches light at night the better. The higher floors feel a bit depressing and you're a bit out of the bubble of the beautiful gardens. Interior courtyard room is also a must. The hotel itself seems a bit tired,... More

I do value your very positive comment on your experience whilst staying with us. We are in constant renovation and high intensity is given in the maintenance of our property and appreciate your comment on a certain musty odor that you experienced. The building is only 17 years old and our last full renovation was 3 years ago. In this... More

I stayed 3 days at this hotel on October 2011. From arrival I felt treated like a V.I.P. Checked in very fast and courteous. I booked 2 different rooms since I was traveling with my wife and a couple of friends. Both rooms were conformable, clean and very quiet. I choose this place because of its reputation and location, very... More

My wife and I have been staying at this hotel for years and although we've tried others, we always come back to the Four Seasons Reforma in D.F. It's a fabulous place to stay with the most professional staff. It's hands-down the best stay in the city. We were a little disappointed that the Sanborn's isn't next door anymore as... More

The Four seasons in Mexico City is by far the best, its safe and in a beautiful area. However the amazing breakfast tops it overlooking the courtyard. My husband and I only stay here when on vacation or visiting family. More
