We found all the staff very attentive. One of our party is disabled. They were actually installing ramps the day before we left. The food is Mexican and there is a large choice for breakfast. Our only complaint was that the coffee was usually luke warm

The hotel is fine, but it only has stairs so be prepared that if you get a room in upper levels you'll exercise, also, it's sometimes like a labyrinth, so, go with someone with good memory. The pool is small.
