We stayed here using our Raintree Vacation Points. We have had a great experience at this small quite resort. It is a short walk to town about 10 min where on the way you can find some great places to eat.

As others have said, this is a villa, not a mega-resort. Ixtapa is the Gov't designated tourist zone, with the international resorts, and is just up the road if you want that kind of facility. Arrogant owners, run down property, dirty and greasy, and an over priced room, could you ask for more. Stay away from this place. Go to Ixtapa. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a resort and I am in the business. I never take time out to post about the negatives but they have earned this.
