We come every year for the International Sports Classic event and are always treated wonderfully. The hotel services and amenities are excellent. We have recently travelled to other places and always come back to Sheraton Buganvilias - its the best.

Out trip was made exceptional by the service on the 23rd floor and the tremendous tennis experience my wife enjoyed with lessons from Fernando. we also enjoyed some fun happy hours in the lobby bar where servers remembered us from previous visits. All in all a great and enjoyable stay

theres some kind of process upon check in, you are escorted to a different desk and there you are asked to attend a breakfast the following day where they will show you their timeshare options for 1 and a half hour. We were very impressed with about everything in this hotel. The personel, the food, the facilities, the room, the view. We highly recommend to anyone !!!.. The city of Puerto Vallarta is magnificient. Security is superb. We felt more secure than we ever felt in any city in the United States or in Canada !!!

What a Resort, Thanks to the Staff not only for their service but for making us seem part of the Sheraton Family. Just a walk away to everything we came to see. The pools to relax and fine food with cold drinks for our afternoon delights.
