This hotel is located on a well travelled street in Tijuana. It has great service. The restaurant is also very good. If you can stay in the tower rather than in the back rooms. If you like swimming, you will love the pool. Not too big, but very welcoming. I always feast secure in the hotel. No issues.

The Lucerna in Tijuana is located in a very nice section of the city with many fine restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel has excellent restaurants also with meals in the range of $20-30/person. Rooms are nicely decorated and appointed. Restful night. We did not try any of the spa facilities but it looked like a quality installation.

Stayed just one night and arrived without a reservation but Front desk was helpful confirming availability for a king room. Found the rack rate overpriced after some issues experienced... A very beautiful hotel complete with amazing staff and clean, well equipped rooms. Ladies at the front desk are helpful. We stayed here the weekend of 8/4/12 while in town for a wedding. The hotel grounds are very nice and the room was excellent. The price was great. We haven't been to Tijuana in 25 years and this was a pleasant surprise. We felt secure and the room was very clean. We will be visiting this hotel again.
