The Pros: Good hotel. Fast check-ins. If you arrive early, they will give you your room even though it's before 2pm (official check-in time). Love the pool access rooms. We stayed here on 2nd until 4th of May 2013. We had great fun time stayed at this hotel. We arrived in the afternoon around 2pm and check in was not too bad. We served welcome drink and cold towel upon arrival but we need to wait for half and hour or so because our room is not ready yet.... More

“Good Value”

It is Mercure brand hotel so no surprise. You get value for your money: good breakfast, good service and good standardized room. The swimming pool is nice as well and location is convenient even if not front beach. You have to expect an hotel club atmosphere as the hotel is more designed for family and groups.

We rocked on up with our back packs, asked about price and the head front desk guy reduced rate to $107 NZ per night for five nights for four of us in one mountain view room.
