Only a one night stay as part of a coach tour, but this is a nice place for a short stop-over. The rooms - although a little dated (green bath!) - is comfortable and the service and food are both fine. The location is good being in a pretty little village but very close to the M6

Stayed for a local function last weekend and found all amenities in tip top condition. Room was comfortable and well equipped and the bed fantastic. Bar area pleasant and breakfast top notch with staff attentive and bringing more food if the set breakfast fell short. Good parking and quiet location.
