Many thanks to Sheena and Malcolm, owners of this beautiful B@B. I have stayed here twice and have felt really well cared for on each visit. Acarsaid is homely, bright, clean and warm, the beds are comfortable and breakfast is lovely and cooked to order. My room had a balcony which affords a beautiful view and it was great to... More

We stayed at the Acarsaid for one night while visiting friends. We were made instantly welcome by Sheena and had a great conversation with her while being shown our rooms. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and very good value. The bathroom was large and the shower had good water flow and excellent heat. Beds were really comfortable and... More

Beautiful area and friendly people. Acarsaid was a lovely homely environment and my young child was catered for brilliantly. We had a lovely time here and will definately stay here again if we visit the area again.

We recommend you stay here. We only stayed for one night as we were walking from Inverness to Dunnet Head but were very satisfied. The owners are friendly, welcoming and do all they can to make your stay an enjoyable one. Rooms are very comfortable and there is a large guest's lounge for relaxing in which has lovely views over... More

The owner was so lovely. Got soaked from a walk and she dried off our clothes and made us hot tea and something to eat. She was very tolerant with our two kids and went that little bit 'extra' to ensure our stay was a happy one. This is one B&B I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, very comfortable and homely. Sheena and Norman made us very welcome without intruding. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept on, it was v clean and well furnished and equipped. The breakfast was lovely with stunning views across the sea. Our fav b&B!!

Stayed here whilst attending a wedding in Lybster at the nearby Portland Arms. The place is well laid out, spotlessly clean and you get a cracking breakfast ! The host is wonderful and looked after us after a heavy night. Recommended place to stay if your in the area.
