This was the perfect place to spend our time in Freeport. Included is free pickup at the airport ($10 return), wifi, very pleasant breakfast, both of which will save you some money over staying at a hotel. The beach is maybe a half a block away. From the beach access you can walk in either direction to some beach bars.... More

A lot of thanks to Katybel for all her help and the wonderful conversation we had. The location is amazing. A short walk to the beach (1 minute) and to Port Lucaya Market (about 8-10 minutes) and a short way to diving at UNEXSO. The breakfasts were a great way to start the day. Homemade muffins and bread and fresh... More

Katy, greeted us at the Airport and provided information about the island on the short ride to Seagrape where we had a the Full & Twin room, the room was comfortable with a small refrigerator & microwave. Katy also had a supply of sun screen, insect repellant and variety of hats for use. The 8 minute walk to Port Lacaya... More

When we reserved the Seagrape I had ended up changing our flights not realizing I didn't change the date of our B & B reservations...Katy didn't have space for us for that first night so she suggested another couple which they obliged. However, when we arrived I had only Katy's address. Long story short we met up with Katy at... More

Katybel and Barry were wonderful hosts. The location says five minutes from the beach, but it's actually even closer. The breakfasts were a great way to start the day, particularly seeing as it's hard to find much on the island that isn't fried. We stayed for 10 days and wish we could stay for 10 more. We find that staying... More

I cannot over-recommend this jewel of a bed & breakfast in Grand Bahama. My initial experience portended well since arriving at the harbour, I was so thankful that the Sea Grape's owner had sent someone to pick me up... especially since December 30th was quite the crowd with 1100 passengers being released from the Discovery Cruise Lines ferry from Fort... This is an oasis of tranquility in the Bahamas. Although close to the very centre of town, this is on a beautiful residential street and it's a minutes walk to the beach. The house is beautiful with a courtyard opening onto a tropical garden. The room we stayed in was a good standard for a B&B with an en suit... More
