The view from my balcony of Charlotte Amalie and the bay was stunning. There were loads of things to do from The Inn, and it was a spot on the walking tour, so someone could easily find something to do here. “Very poor customer service!! Beware booking here!”

Had a two night stay planned for this weekend. Came down with the flu, very contagious and elevated temp, etc. Offered to show them hospital physician excuse. It was wondeful to stay and be treated so well by Adam and Tony. They treated us like royalty offering us personal service and their local knowledge of the castle and the area. The accomodations were beautiful (we had a balcony room with a view of the harbor and the governor's white house)....
